RFI for Enterprise Resource Planning System Deployment Service

The Department of Health and Human Services, Indian Health Services is seeking information from vendors to provide enterprise resource planning system deployment services. This initiative aims to deliver comprehensive system enhancements and production operations support to improve supply chain resource planning. The agency requires advanced reporting, executive dashboards, expanded Vertical Lift Module integrations across all warehouse facilities, and improved warehouse selection logic. The scope of work covers several critical enhancements to the supply chain resource planning solution. These enhancements include reporting and data analysis discovery, order picking logic improvements, customer portal enhancements, and item location standardization with slotting optimization. Additionally, the project requires Oracle redwood user interface migration, digital assistant and artificial intelligence workflow enablement, and executive dashboards for high-level decision support. The selected vendor must also provide knowledge transfer and information technology team enablement. For production operations support, the agency requires incident, change, and release management support, which includes tracking, prioritizing, and resolving service requests according to defined service levels. The support also covers application monitoring for Oracle Fusion Cloud and all custom-developed components, alongside integration and interface management to ensure reliable system performance and data integrity. All performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligibility for this opportunity is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. Furthermore, this bid is specifically set aside for the Buy Indian initiative under the Department of Health and Human Services, Indian Health Services. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and has not signaled a specific funding limit.
