Enterprise Asset Management Software

The City of Austin is seeking an enterprise asset management system to manage its inventory of assets, track and manage work orders, and schedule preventative maintenance. The selected vendor will take full responsibility for the final approved design, installation, implementation, and commissioning of the system. This scope of work includes developing user acceptance testing scripts, providing training, establishing system integration and connectivity to existing systems, and delivering long-term system support. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based exclusively in the United States. The agency requires the performance of all contracted work to be conducted offsite. The agency has not disclosed a set budget and is looking for cost proposals within the submitted bids. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 18, 2026. The agency will evaluate proposals based on the vendor's ability to deliver the requested software, implementation services, and long-term support.
