SCADA Water Distribution System Upgrades Services

The county is seeking a vendor to replace its existing Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition system for the potable water distribution system. The agency needs a new Software as a Service, mobile-capable, and web-based SCADA telemetry system, along with related appurtenances. The selected vendor must provide design and integration services, including procurement, to replace the existing SCADA hardware and software. The scope of work requires human-machine interface graphical displays that provide an interactive, Computer Aided Design level physical representation of distribution system assets, including elevated and ground storage tanks. The new system must allow users to extract historical and real-time operational data for analysis and reporting. Additionally, the project includes installing surveillance cameras or other monitoring solutions to provide real-time visual information about the operational status of each location. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States of America. The performance of the work will take place offsite, and bidders can submit their responses digitally via email or online. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget, and the resulting contract period will last for one year. The agency will hold a pre-bid conference on June 16, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions no later than July 8, 2026.
