Cloud-Based Transition Data Platform

The agency is seeking a contractor to provide a cloud-based transition data platform, specifically an External User Viewer Platform or equivalent. This centralized, web-based platform will allow the public to access, visualize, and report drinking water system information. The agency requires integration of the cloud-hosted environments with Microsoft Entra ID to enable Single Sign On functionality. The project covers cloud hosting support for Microsoft Azure, including scheduling patches and managing downtime, alongside ongoing testing and periodic agency updates. The contractor must support access to production and testing environments within a contractor-hosted Microsoft Azure Government Cloud to facilitate the agency State Suite of Applications. Project management requires using Microsoft Project for scheduling, SharePoint for storing and sharing the current version, and Microsoft Teams and Outlook for primary communications. Bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States, and the performance of the work will take place offsite. The agency is looking for budget proposals to determine the cost of the project. The agency will hold a pre-bid meeting on June 18, 2026, and bidders must submit all questions no later than July 7, 2026.
