Bylaw Records Management System Software

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide a new Bylaw Records Management System software solution, along with implementation and support services. The project aims to solve the need for detailed labeling and tracking of calls and responses, dynamic reporting, complex relational tracking, modern data connections including Application Programming Interfaces, mobile compatibility, and integration with Geographic Information Systems. The scope of work covers public interaction records management, an online portal for complaint registration, offense payments, and bylaw dispute adjudication, and map visualization with filtering capabilities. The software must also integrate with Global Positioning Systems and Automated Vehicle Location systems for real-time tracking of officers and assets. The requested system must include customizable dashboards, advanced statistical analysis tools, pre-built and customizable report templates, and end-to-end case lifecycle management. Additionally, the agency requires evidence tracking capabilities to manage physical and digital evidence with a full chain-of-custody. Eligibility is restricted to onshore Canadian organizations. The performance of the work will take place offsite, and bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through the online portal.
