Asset Management and Maintenance Management Software

The issuing agency is seeking a vendor to supply, implement, and maintain a computerized maintenance management system software. The agency requires an intuitive user interface for both web-browser and mobile application views, with the mobile application being accessible on iOS and Android devices. This software must integrate directly with ArcGIS Enterprise Portal, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Indoors, and the ArcGIS Utility Network. The requested scope of work covers managing any type of asset, including the ability to add, delete, or update asset locations and assign unique identification numbers to new assets. The software must provide an in-application map for visual reference of asset locations and allow users to attach photos, videos, or other files to inspection forms. Additionally, the system must support the creation of service requests for internal and external vendor work orders, alongside customizable forms and reports for inspections, work orders, and data entry tasks. The agency needs analytical capabilities within the software to evaluate assets using risk prioritization, including user-defined consequence of failure, probability of failure, and level of service inputs. The software must also support user-defined asset degradation inputs to determine asset life-cycle costs and forecast failures. Only organizations based onshore in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The project work will be performed offsite, and bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online. The agency is looking for budget proposals from bidders rather than providing a pre-determined budget signal. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for June 9, 2026.
