Microtransit Paratransit Software-as-a-Service

The agency is seeking a Software-as-a-Service solution to support the operations of a transit agency consortium. This consortium operates microtransit, paratransit, and deviated fixed-route services, including on-demand and microtransit services configured for rural areas. Because the consortium members operate all services directly with their own vehicles and staff, the agency is procuring solely the software platform, implementation, and ongoing support. The agency needs to improve scheduling, dispatching, and trip management efficiency while supporting compliance with ADA and other regulatory requirements. The requested platform must provide a unified rider-facing interface for trip requests, reservations, and notifications via mobile app, web portal, and call center. It must also enable real-time vehicle tracking, driver communication, operational oversight, and robust reporting for service monitoring and planning. The scope of work covers the software platform, implementation services, and ongoing support and maintenance, including twenty-four-seven technical support for critical issues. Bidders must be onshore United States organizations. The performance of the work will take place offsite. The agency is looking for budget proposals from bidders to determine the cost of the project.
