Geographic Information System Analyst Services

The Department of Health and Human Services, Indian Health Service in Rockville, Maryland is seeking geographic information system analyst services to support various healthcare service categories. The agency needs these services to cover primary care, emergency access, behavioral health, dental, endocrinology/diabetes, nephrology/dialysis, rheumatology, and other approved service categories. The selected contractor will perform the work virtually approximately 95 percent of the time, with the remaining portion requiring in-person contact for identity verification, data onboarding, or other approved activities. The scope of work requires geospatial study design, data integration, facility capability geovisualizationping, structured geospatial quality assurance, and baseline descriptive coverage measures. The agency also requires network travel-time analysis, accessibility modeling, scenario geovisualizationping, priority-area identification, location-allocation testing, and the production of geovisualization atlases and technical transfer packages. Although the majority of the work is virtual, the agency indicates that performance of the work will be onsite for the required in-person activities.
