Portable Changeable Message Sign Service

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide portable changeable message sign services, including trailer-mounted dynamic message sign units equipped with wireless communications equipment, hardware, software, delivery, integration, training, technical assistance, and warranty information. The agency requires these full-matrix LED signs to display variable height text with varying fonts and graphic messages using both wireless and wired communications. The scope covers two sign board sizes, including large boards capable of displaying three lines of eighteen-inch-high letters with eight characters per line, and medium boards capable of displaying three lines of twelve-inch-high letters with eight characters per line. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations only. The agency requires all performance of the work to occur offsite.
