Building Sign Replacement Service

The college is seeking a vendor to provide building sign replacement services for Building N on the main campus. The project requires the selected vendor to fabricate and install both interior and exterior signage. Before beginning fabrication, the vendor must prepare and submit shop drawings with sign layouts for the college's review and approval. The scope of work includes fabricating and assembling all signs, as well as removing all existing interior signs. These existing signs are currently mounted on various materials, including gypsum board walls and concrete block walls. While the college will identify any existing signage they wish to keep, the vendor must remove and dispose of all other signs off-site. The vendor must exercise extreme care during the removal process to minimize damage to the walls. The college will handle the repair of any minor damage caused by the sign removal. Once the old signs are removed, the vendor must install the new signs. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. Although the fabrication portion of the work will be performed offsite, the installation must occur at the college campus. The college has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to determine the cost. All questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted no later than June 09, 2026.
