The government authority located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania is seeking a vendor to provide daily janitorial cleaning services from Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and other building closures. The agency needs to maintain a clean and sanitary environment across its facilities, focusing on restrooms, showers, break areas, elevators, and entryways. This ongoing maintenance is necessary to ensure the health, safety, and comfort of building occupants and visitors. The scope of work covers comprehensive cleaning and sanitizing of toilets, urinals, sinks, shower stalls, benches, doors, partitions, and mirrors, alongside restocking all restroom and shower supplies. The selected provider must sweep and mop floors, remove trash, replace bin liners, and clean counters, tables, sinks, and appliance exteriors. Additional duties include refilling paper towels and soap, cleaning glass entrance doors, wiping down high-touch surfaces like light switches and elevator buttons, and emptying all waste and recycling receptacles. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires all performance of the work to take place onsite at the Pittsburgh facility.
