Fire Alarm Upgrades Service

The Housing Authority of the City of Stamford, Connecticut is seeking a qualified contractor to provide fire alarm upgrade services. The agency needs to replace its existing fire alarm control panels to ensure building safety and system reliability. The selected contractor must provide all labor and materials required to complete the removal and replacement process. The scope of work requires the installation of a new addressable fire alarm control panel equipped with voice evacuation, a power supply, batteries, labeling, and directories. The contractor must also install a new remote annunciator with a remote microphone in the main lobby and connect it to the existing 120v branch circuit.
