Broadcast and Audio-Visual System

The Village of Islamorada, Florida is seeking proposals for a full hardware refresh of its council chamber broadcast and audio-visual production system. The agency uses this infrastructure to record, stream, and broadcast public meetings via live internet streaming and a local cable access channel. The project aims to modernize the chamber's capabilities by replacing the existing Broadcast Pix Slate 100 system and upgrading outdated components. The scope of work requires the delivery of a capable HD/SD live production switcher that supports multi-camera production and pan-tilt-zoom camera preset recall from the control surface. The selected provider must also supply pan-tilt-zoom cameras meeting specified minimum video camera requirements, program audio loudspeakers, and power amplifiers. The agency allows the performance of this work to take place either onsite or offsite. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget for this project. Bidders may submit their responses either digitally via email or online, or physically through courier or post.
