Audio-Video Upgrades Services

The Garden, New York government authority is seeking a vendor to provide complete audio-video upgrade services. The agency requires all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, testing, inspections, and additional resources necessary to complete the installation of the audio and visual upgrades. The requested system must include a high-brightness 4K projector with a motorized screen, four flat panel television displays, and integrated source equipment. The scope of work covers two protected outdoor units among the four requested television displays. The agency also requires full signal distribution via a central switching platform, structured cabling, and wallplate inputs. The performance of this work will take place offsite. Eligibility is limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and will accept digital submissions via email or online. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for June 11, 2026.
