Snack and Beverage Vending Services

Middlesex Community College is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive, integrated snack and beverage vending program across its Lowell and Bedford campuses. The agency wants to increase customer satisfaction by offering quality products, including healthy and nutritious foods, and state-of-the-art equipment while achieving growth and profitability in vending sales. The required vending machines must feature built-in dollar changers and accept credit cards, debit cards, coins, and one- and five-dollar bills, with Apple Pay capability preferred but not required. The scope of work requires all machines to be equipped with thermal overload protection and necessary safety devices maintained in operating condition at all times. The selected provider must maintain the cleanliness of the machines and all surrounding areas directly affected by their operation, including clean-up after repairs or malfunctions. While the equipment will be installed on the campuses, the agency specifies that the performance of the work and business operations will be carried out offsite at the provider's office location. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to establish the budget and financial terms for this opportunity. A site visit is scheduled for June 10, 2026, and all questions regarding the procurement must be submitted no later than June 12, 2026.
