Infrastructure Improvement Plan, Land Use Assumptions and Development Impact Fee Study Services

The Town of Marana, Arizona, is seeking a qualified professional vendor to provide an infrastructure improvement plan, land use assumptions, and development impact fee study services. The agency needs to forecast growth and infrastructure needs over a ten-year or fifteen-year planning horizon while establishing or confirming levels of service for all applicable service categories. Through this project, the agency aims to develop equitable, transparent, and statutorily compliant cost allocation methodologies and fee calculations, alongside a legally compliant public process for fee adoption. The scope of work requires the selected vendor to provide comprehensive project management throughout the planning and development of the infrastructure improvement plan, land use assumptions, and development impact fee study.
