Equity Advisor Service

The Colorado government authority is seeking an equity advisor to conduct stakeholder engagement and outreach with diverse communities. The agency requires a partner with bi-lingual English and Spanish capabilities to deliver both oral and written communications. To ensure accessibility, the advisor must have the ability to host events on nights and weekends as needed. The scope of work covers hosting events and webinars spaced evenly throughout the contract period. The advisor will manage event expenses, including food, drinks, volunteer and community compensation, childcare, venue fees, tabling fees, marketing, and promotion. Additionally, the agency requires event support and member compensation for community advisory committee meetings and engagement, as well as community compensation for other sponsored events at the request of the program manager. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency allows the selected partner to perform the work offsite. Bidders must submit proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget. The agency requires all questions regarding this opportunity to be submitted no later than June 11, 2026.
