Disaster Logistics Support Services

The City of Hinesville, Georgia, is seeking one or more standby contracts for disaster logistics support services to be activated during emergencies, disasters, special events, and related operational needs. The agency is trying to solve the problem of securing immediate, reliable logistics coordination and resource management when unexpected events occur. The selected vendors will provide services offsite, which may include emergency logistics coordination, resource procurement, warehousing, Point of Distribution operations, donations management, base camps, equipment maintenance, fuel support, photo and video documentation, and project management. The agency is limiting eligibility to onshore organizations based in the United States. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 22, 2026. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and intends to establish a contract period of three years.
