Administrator for Rental Preservation Program Services

The Town of Nantucket, Massachusetts is seeking an administrator for rental preservation program services to promote and enhance the general welfare of the town. The town operates a skilled nursing facility, a public-school system, two wastewater treatment facilities, a housing department, and a solid waste facility. The selected administrator must solve the challenge of managing program operations by utilizing appropriate software and systems to process applications, manage data, and generate reports. The scope of work requires the administrator to provide regular and accurate reports on program activity, including the number of applications received, approved, and denied. The administrator must deliver professional customer service to homeowners, tenants, and other stakeholders, and implement a comprehensive marketing and outreach strategy. This outreach must include creating a dedicated website, flyers, handouts, and other informational materials to inform eligible parties about the program. Additionally, the administrator must maintain a centralized, confidential database of program participants and keep organized records of applications, eligibility determinations, payments, and compliance monitoring.
