Public Safety Feasibility Facility Study and Hall Evaluation Service

The City of Eveleth, Minnesota is seeking a consultant team to conduct a public safety feasibility facility study and hall evaluation service. The agency needs to evaluate facility options, refine space and site concepts, confirm feasibility, and obtain updated cost and phasing information to inform council decision-making. This project aims to solve the agency's need for comprehensive public safety facility planning, architecture, engineering, space programming, and municipal facility analysis. The scope of work covers project initiation, data review, space programming, and operational analysis. The selected consultant must confirm key deficiencies and priorities identified in prior studies. Additionally, the agency requires conceptual site and floor plan diagrams sufficient to communicate scale, relationships, and feasibility, as well as concept diagrams and graphics suitable for public and policy discussion. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency allows the performance of the work to occur either onsite or offsite.
