Occupational Therapy Services

The New Mexico government authority is seeking professional occupational therapy services to assist a school in implementing special education and related services. The agency needs to provide a free appropriate public education to students with identified disabilities who require specialized instruction to meet their unique educational needs. The selected provider will help the school meet these legal and educational obligations through targeted therapeutic support. Additionally, the agency requires a direct service log for each student and each visit, along with attendance at initial and periodic meetings with the special education department to discuss student progress. The agency limits eligibility to onshore organizations based in the United States. While the therapy services involve direct in-person interaction with students, the overall performance of the contract work is designated as offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget and has not disclosed a specific funding limit or key procurement dates in the initial solicitation.
