Pharmacy Analytical and Clinical Support Services

The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services in Raleigh requires a cost-saving pharmacy and clinical program solution to support its core pharmacy and clinical program functions. The agency is seeking to solve the challenge of managing rising drug costs, interpreting complex regulatory shifts, and maintaining financial oversight of its pharmaceutical programs. To address these issues, the agency is requesting a contractor to analyze data, forecast drug utilization trends, conduct financial auditing, and perform pharmacoeconomic modeling with cost-benefit analyses across federal, state, and commercial levels. The scope of work also requires the contractor to identify pipeline drugs, assist with the interpretation and application of new federal and state requirements, perform rebate auditing, and monitor program compliance. The contractor will perform all work offsite over a three-year contract period. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to bid on this opportunity.
