The Village is seeking a vendor to provide website design, hosting, implementation, migration, launch, and ongoing support and maintenance services using a content management system. The agency needs to replace its current digital presence with a modern, user-friendly website that improves navigation, eliminates outdated information, and presents content in a clear, logical manner. The project aims to enhance resident engagement and self-service through responsive, mobile-first design principles that align with the Village's branding, communication goals, and accessibility requirements. The scope of work covers the development of the website using a secure, scalable, and widely supported content management system, with final content approval and ownership remaining with the Village. The agency requires accessibility compliance consistent with WCAG 2.1 AA or current best practices, a native or hybrid mobile application, and an AI chatbot or virtual assistant. Additionally, the project includes GIS and interactive mapping tools, digital transparency and reporting dashboards, and social media integration and automation tools. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States to be eligible for this opportunity. The selected vendor will perform all work offsite, and the resulting contract will run for a period of two years.
