IT and Security Support Services

The Housing Authority of the City of Orange, New Jersey is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive information technology and security support services. The agency needs to modernize its IT infrastructure, secure its digital environment, and ensure continuous operational uptime during normal business hours from Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. This initiative aims to prevent significant computer downtime while transitioning the agency to more secure, modern cloud systems. The scope of work covers endpoint management for approximately forty Windows 11 endpoints, network support for local networking and Wi-Fi, and ongoing website support. The selected vendor must also execute a strategic data migration project to move on-premises file server data to Microsoft SharePoint within Microsoft 365. Additionally, the agency requires robust cybersecurity services, Microsoft 365 environment security management, cyber risk certification services, and strategic IT planning. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency expects the performance of all contracted work to take place offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally, either through email or an online submission portal. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is currently looking for proposals to determine the cost of these services.
