Cloud-Based Comprehensive Transportation Software

The District is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-based comprehensive transportation software solution. This system must integrate routing and student transportation management, GPS tracking, fleet visibility, field trip management, and fleet maintenance management. The primary goal is to streamline transportation operations, optimize routes, and provide real-time tracking for both general and special education services. The requested scope of work covers several integrated components, including a searchable website link for parents to access student bus route information. The software must integrate with the District's Student Information System, currently Frontline SIS, utilizing automated nightly imports and synchronization in a OneRoster compatible format. The system must also feature artificial intelligence and machine learning-enabled routing optimization tools, alongside integrated GIS-based route mapping with interactive editing tools and automatic geocoding of student addresses. The platform requires a field trip management system that allows authorized users to submit electronic requests with applicable fund or account numbers. This application must be accessible through Single Sign-On and include mobile application compatibility for Android and iOS devices used by operational staff and drivers. The project will be performed offsite, and the District is currently looking for budget proposals to determine the cost. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The District has scheduled a pre-bid meeting for June 11, 2026. All questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted no later than June 17, 2026.
