This platform must support tuition payments, Continuing Education fees, application fee payments, My Trade Secrets apprenticeship payments, refunds, reconciliation, reporting, and audit trails. The scope of work requires the solution to integrate with the college's Anthology environment for account lookup, payment posting, payment status updates, reconciliation data, reporting, and audit requirements. The platform must offer mobile responsiveness, accessibility compliance, real-time payment status visibility, and notifications. It must also support real-time and batch payment processing workflows, demonstrate API maturity and extensibility, and address data residency and hosting location considerations. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations located in Canada. The agency expects the performance of the work to occur offsite.
