RFI for Contract Management Solution

The agency is seeking information on a modern contract management solution and associated services to deliver end-to-end, enterprise-wide acquisition lifecycle management. This solution must provide an integrated, automated, and data-driven acquisition ecosystem that supports requirements development, collaboration, acquisition planning, pre-award, award, post-award administration, and contract closeout across the acquisition community. The requested capabilities include enterprise contract writing, document generation, and process workflow capabilities operating within a single, integrated acquisition ecosystem. The scope of work covers lease agreement management, vendor management, order management, post-award management, requirements collaboration, ratification management, and ordering officer management. The system must also support contract catalog capabilities, workload management, approvals, audits and compliance, reporting and analytics, access control, usability and workflow configuration, and data integrity. Eligible respondents must be onshore United States organizations. The agency requires the performance of all work to occur offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine budget parameters, and no key dates are specified in the request.
