RFI for Enterprise Resource Planning Common Services

The Department of the Air Force is seeking information to identify a partner to build, integrate, and sustain a suite of enterprise resource planning common services on the Cloud One Oracle Cloud Infrastructure platform. The agency aims to enhance a standardized, shared-services model that empowers the program management office to improve internal and external collaboration, streamline business functions, and continuously integrate current and emerging technologies to deliver a decisive information advantage to the warfighter. The requested scope of work requires the contractor to design, develop, deploy, document, implement, integrate, automate, operate, and sustain these common services. Sustainment activities must encompass service management, storage management and administration, database management, capacity management, backup and restore management, patching, disaster recovery, incident management, and troubleshooting. Eligibility is restricted to onshore, United States organizations only. All performance of the work will take place offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine budget parameters, and key procurement dates are not specified in the initial request.
