Property Claims Estimate Solution

The issuing agency is seeking a property claims estimate solution to support the creation of detailed damage estimates for both commercial and personal property claims. This solution must accommodate standardized line items and pricing with a configurable taxonomy, including category, trade, activity, and unit of measure, while allowing per-line notes. The system must scale from small repair jobs to complete rebuilds and provide full auditability of estimate changes, including date, time, user, and change history for line items and totals. The agency requires the system to generate estimate outputs in PDF format at a minimum and export structured estimate data, such as XML or an equivalent format, for downstream systems. Additionally, the solution must support auto-populating claim data, assigning contractors, and offering enhanced search capabilities to ensure information is easy to find. The agency is planning a contract period of five years for this initiative. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations located in Canada. The agency expects the performance of the work to take place offsite. Bidders must submit all questions no later than June 22, 2026, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
