RFI for Commonwealth Attorney Case Management Software

The agency is seeking a Commonwealth Attorney case management software solution to organize and track case file information. This modern, flexible, and scalable cloud platform or system solution must improve office efficiency and reduce dependency on paper by eliminating non-digital workflows. The desired software must be easy to use and navigate, generate documents for use both in and out of court, and provide long-term digital storage of case files. The scope of work requires a powerful database that allows for scanning additional information into cases and adding various types of media to case files. The system must also generate reports and statistics within selected parameters and feature a robust search engine. Performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States of America. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. Bidders must submit all questions no later than June 22, 2026, and responses can be submitted digitally via email or online.
