The agency requires a system that manages contact and oversight for research cases and materials, proprietary rights for literature, clinical data, and payer policies, while ensuring regulatory compliance and clinical guidance within contract management. The requested digital solution must enable access to clinical research and support regulatory compliance across various domains of healthcare policy and administration. To achieve this, the platform must provide regulatory information, position statements and guidelines, payer policies, and ongoing clinical studies. The scope of work covers drug life-cycle intelligence, market and financial analytics, litigation and regulatory monitoring, integration and accessibility, pharmaceutical analysis briefs, and an evidence-based knowledge browser. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The selected vendor will perform all work offsite. The agency is looking for budget proposals to determine the cost of the project. The contract period will span five years, and bidders must submit all questions no later than June 22, 2026.
