Law Enforcement Surveillance Trailers Service

The Greene County Sheriff's Office in Xenia, Ohio, is seeking to purchase two law enforcement surveillance trailers to enhance its monitoring capabilities in day and low-light conditions. The agency requires enclosed hybrid-powered trailer systems measuring five to six feet in width, twelve to fourteen feet in length, and nine to ten feet in height. These trailers must feature a twenty- to thirty-foot telescoping mast, an electric mast lift, a flexible cabling system, a 120-volt AC power connection, and anti-theft locking equipment. The scope of work includes providing the trailer bases, cameras with Pan-Tilt-Zoom and built-in video analytics, a laptop, a router, and cloud data storage capabilities. The trailers must also include global positioning system capabilities for real-time location tracking and a Department of Transportation-approved lighting package with a four-way wire connection for hauling. The agency expects the resulting contract to span a period of two years. Only organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency expects the performance of the work to occur offsite. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this procurement no later than June 15, 2026. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is seeking cost proposals from interested parties.
