The government authority located in San Francisco, California is seeking a vendor to provide security camera services. The agency needs to resolve surveillance and connectivity gaps by installing a compatible security network and integrating it with their existing systems. The project covers furnishing and installing IP cameras that are fully compatible with the ExacqVision Enterprise VMS system. The scope of work requires the installation of a security network and Cradlepoint connectivity with the video signal. The selected vendor must provide and install conduit for a 120V circuit to the IT or mechanical closet as needed. Additionally, the agency requires the installation of one Exacq Q Series IP Desktop NVR with one Enterprise IP Camera License, eight terabytes of storage, an eight-port POE power supply, and a wall-mounted lock box. The agency requires the vendor to program head-end devices, terminate field devices, program systems, and perform troubleshooting. The project also entails furnishing and installing miscellaneous materials such as wire, wire mold, conduit, connectors, wire ties, and weatherproof boxes. All work must be performed onsite at the San Francisco location. Eligibility is limited to onshore organizations based in the United States.
