Statewide Security Services

The Judiciary of the State of Hawaii is seeking statewide security and safety services for its courthouses and facilities located in Honolulu and throughout the state. The agency needs to secure its premises by procuring clerical and office support, labor, supervision, unarmed security attendants, and armed security guards. The selected contractor must provide Judiciary-approved uniforms, arms and weapons, communication equipment and relays, supplies, materials, incidentals, and all other equipment necessary to perform these services. The scope of work confines all security and safety services to the interior and grounds of Judiciary facilities as deemed appropriate by the contract administrator. The agency is initiating a contract period that will span three years. Performance of all requested security duties must take place onsite at the designated Hawaii facilities. Eligibility is limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and pricing structure for these services. Bidders must submit any questions regarding this procurement no later than June 12, 2026, and the agency will accept proposal submissions digitally via email or through their online portal.
