The government authority located in Richmond, Virginia is seeking fully qualified and trained professional armed security services. The agency needs to solve the problem of securing its facility, grounds, assets, and personnel through building access control, visitor management, patrol, and surveillance. The selected provider must deliver timely incident detection, emergency response coordination, and protection for sensitive areas such as records rooms, data centers, health services, executive suites, and armories. The scope of work covers compliance with task orders, security post orders, safety-sensitive operational standards, and Agency Operating Procedures. The agency requires specific staffing levels by shift, adherence to access control protocols, use of security technology, and accurate, timely documentation. Additionally, the provider must accommodate special event coverage, agency and site-specific training, and after-hours or emergency coverage. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. Although the agency is located in Richmond, the performance of the work is designated as offsite.
