Advanced Technology Development Support Service

The government authority in North Charleston, South Carolina, is seeking advanced technology development support services to facilitate test events. The agency requires a contractor to provide site surveys, event logistics, build-up and tear-down, and subject matter experts in networking, cyber, cable plant infrastructure, software modernization, and radio frequency. To ensure seamless execution, the contractor must also procure services from in-house vendors when venue exclusivity agreements dictate, covering areas such as house equipment systems, rigging, power, and IT/networking. The agency requires digital records and information for each test event, which may include Digital Terrain Elevation Data, high-resolution satellite imagery, and site maps with building and infrastructure layouts. The contractor must devise a security badging plan, procure and distribute badges to event staff, distinguished visitors, press, and security, and design, print, and install adhesive vinyl informational content on event items. Additionally, the development environment must provide a code repository to support online collaborations and development. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations. The agency requires the performance of the work to be conducted offsite. Bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget.
