Janitorial Services

The government authority located in Little Rock, Arkansas is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive janitorial services for its Project Office and other administrative areas. The agency requires these services to maintain a clean, sanitary, and professional environment in accordance with established performance standards. The selected vendor must resolve issues of dirt, dust, and waste accumulation through regular cleaning, disinfecting, and waste removal. The scope of work covers weekly services performed on Tuesdays, monthly services, cleaning and washing of outside windows, carpet shampooing, and additional vacuuming and mopping across all areas. The requested services include sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, polishing, washing, disinfecting, and the removal of waste to a government-provided dumpster. The vendor must also replace hand soaps, paper towels, toilet tissue, and deodorizers. The agency defines a satisfactory swept or mopped floor as one free of dust streaks, marks, dirt, water, or cleaning solution, including in corners, behind doors, and under furniture. Acceptably cleaned plumbing fixtures and restrooms must have no objectionable odors. The contract period for this project will be for one year. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of all requested janitorial work must take place onsite at the Little Rock facility. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to determine the cost.
