Janitorial Services

The government authority located in Indio, California is seeking a vendor to provide regularly scheduled, cost-effective janitorial services to ensure clean and safe office facilities. The agency requires a clean environment, which includes but is not limited to the removal of trash, dirt, dust, lint, webs, marks, stains, spots, spillages, graffiti, odors, film, gum, grease, and tar. To ensure cleaning quality, the agency requires the submission of cleaning schedules, cleaning method manuals, and quality control inspection sheets. The scope of work demands the provision of daily cleaning checklists, monthly quality assurance and quality control reports, a staff training matrix, and a master product list. The selected vendor must also maintain a floor care tracking log, waste and building status audits, emergency response logs, a supply tracker, and a restroom route schedule and log service. All performance of the work must take place onsite at the Indio facility. Only organizations based onshore in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency is looking for cost proposals to establish the budget for these services. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 24, 2026.
