Citywide Janitorial Services

The City of Temple, California is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive citywide janitorial services across all municipal locations. The agency requires a contractor to resolve the ongoing need for facility cleanliness, sanitation, and consumable supply management. The selected provider must supply all necessary personnel, materials, cleaning supplies, equipment, transportation, and safety apparatus to perform the requested services. The scope of work covers the daily maintenance of office spaces, restrooms, and common areas. Specific tasks include emptying waste containers, replacing trash bags, and cleaning all desks, file cabinets, tables, equipment, and office furniture. Staff must clean countertops, remove handprints and ink marks, polish drinking fountains, remove cobwebs, and clean the interior and exterior of all doors. Restroom maintenance requires disinfecting commodes, urinals, and diaper-changing stations, as well as cleaning partitions, sinks, mirrors, and stainless steel fixtures. These supplies include trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, urinal cakes, air fresheners, toilet seat covers, hand soap, and waterless urinal cartridges. All work must be performed onsite at the designated government facilities. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States.
