Janitorial Services

The Town of Holden Beach, North Carolina, is seeking a vendor to provide professional janitorial services for its government authority. The agency requires these cleaning services to begin during the first week of July 2026. Performance of the work will take place onsite during business hours on a mutually agreed upon day. The scope of work requires the use of commercial-grade cleaners designed to kill germs and viruses. The selected vendor must sanitize door handles, door edges, and light switches in lobbies, meeting rooms, copy areas, and hallways. Additionally, the work includes cleaning and sanitizing bathroom fixtures such as toilet bowls, urinals, basins, and sinks. The agency also requires the cleaning and sanitizing of tabletops, countertops, chairs, sinks, and all other fixtures. The provider must empty recycling and trash containers from common areas and restrooms, carrying the waste to outside carts. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget for this project.
