The Charter Township of Ypsilanti, Michigan is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive janitorial services for its government authority facility. The contractor must dust mop all floor areas, including under desks and stairways, using chemically treated dust mops. Vacuuming all carpeted areas and immediately removing any embedded materials or stains is also required. Eligibility is restricted to onshore vendors located within the United States. The agency is looking for budget proposals from bidders to determine the cost of the contract. Bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or through the online portal. The agency has scheduled a pre-bid meeting for June 16, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions regarding the opportunity no later than June 18, 2026.
