Fleet Vehicle Washing and Cleaning Services

The Lee County Port Authority in Fort Myers, Florida is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive fleet vehicle washing and cleaning services. The agency requires a service provider to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of its fleet vehicles through both exterior and interior detailing. All work must be performed offsite at the vendor's own facility, as the agency will not host these services on its property. The scope of work for exterior cleaning includes a high-pressure rinse, soap application with an exterior scrub, wheel and tire cleaning, a spot-free rinse or drying, and an undercarriage rinse when applicable. For interior cleaning, which the agency will request on an as-needed basis, the work covers trash and debris removal, vacuuming of floors, mats, and seats, and wiping down dashboards, consoles, and other interior surfaces. Only United States-based organizations are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget and pricing structure for these services.
