Website Design, Hosting, Implement, Migration, Launch, Ongoing Support and Maintenance Services Using CMS

The Village is seeking a vendor to design, host, implement, migrate, launch, and provide ongoing support and maintenance services for its website using a secure and scalable content management system. The agency is trying to solve the problem of outdated information and poor navigation by establishing a modern, user-friendly, and mobile-first website that aligns with municipal best practices, branding, communication goals, and accessibility requirements. The scope of work covers improving navigation, ensuring clear content presentation, and maintaining accessibility compliance consistent with WCAG 2.1 AA or current best practices. The project scope also requests specific features including a native or hybrid mobile application, an AI chatbot or virtual assistant, GIS and interactive mapping tools, digital transparency and reporting dashboards, social media integration, and enhanced resident engagement and self-service tools. The Village will retain final content approval and ownership throughout the process. Performance of the work will take place offsite, and the resulting contract period will run for two years. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. Bidders must submit any questions regarding the solicitation no later than June 12, 2026. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget, and bidders can submit their responses digitally via email or online.
