Print Temporary Registration Plate System

The agency is seeking a vendor to implement, operate, and provide ongoing support for a statewide print-on-demand temporary registration plate system. This system must log and audit all user activities related to plate issuance and possess the capability to verify resident customer information against electronic databases before issuing a plate. Additionally, the software must validate each plate control number against the electronic database prior to printing and integrate secure data exchange using industry-standard protocols such as RESTful APIs. The project requires the system to validate and reformat out-of-state resident addresses using an address verification tool to ensure accuracy and standardization when a dealer sells a vehicle to an out-of-state resident. Performance of all contract work will occur offsite. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity.
