Energy Safety is seeking a vendor to provide implementation and maintenance services for a comprehensive, ServiceNow-based fleet management system. The agency needs to solve operational inefficiencies and regulatory compliance challenges by eliminating data silos through a unified data architecture. The project covers designing, implementing, configuring, and maintaining an integrated solution that encompasses vehicle lifecycle management, telematics integration with Geotab, maintenance scheduling, and compliance tracking. The scope of work requires configuring the ServiceNow Fleet Management application module with vehicle inventory management, asset tracking, maintenance scheduling, and compliance tracking functionality. The selected vendor must customize user interface elements to align with agency operational requirements and ensure native integration with existing ServiceNow modules. Additionally, the agency requires the design of executive and operational dashboards for real-time visibility into fleet status, vehicle utilization, maintenance compliance, and cost metrics, alongside automated reporting for regulatory submissions. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations. The agency requires the performance of all work to be conducted offsite. Bidders may submit their responses digitally via email or through the online portal. The agency will evaluate proposals based on the approach to system design and architecture, the feasibility of the approach, and the ability to meet deliverables including configuration, customization, integration, analytics, and deployment. The agency is looking for budget proposals from bidders to determine the project cost. The contract period will span one year, and bidders must submit all questions no later than June 10, 2026.
