Data Warehouse Modernization Initiative platform

The agency is seeking technology consulting services to evaluate, compare, and implement a modern, enterprise-ready data warehouse platform. This initiative aims to replace existing siloed reporting solutions for ridership and establish a scalable, cost-effective, and future-ready data platform. The selected partner will help the agency improve analytical efficiency, data consistency, governance, and enterprise-wide decision-making. The scope of work covers a comprehensive, data-driven evaluation of candidate platforms by conducting stakeholder discovery, establishing measurable selection criteria, and assessing platform capabilities. The agency requires the design, configuration, and provisioning of the chosen platform, including development, QA, and production environments, data integration tools, security controls, and governance components. Additionally, the project includes designing and implementing end-to-end data pipelines, data models, Power BI reporting solutions, and data marts supporting maintenance operations, asset management, financial metrics, and transit operations analytics. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency allows the performance of the work to be completed offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through the online system, and the agency is looking for proposal submissions to determine the budget. The agency has scheduled a pre-bid meeting for June 23, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 30, 2026.
