Reprographics and Document Management Services

The County of San Diego is seeking a contractor to provide reprographics and document management services. The agency requires a telephone answering system that provides live coverage for at least eight hours a day, five days a week, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. This system must also ensure the ability to contact higher management for special project services during evenings and weekends. The contractor must return calls or respond to emails within eight hours or less. The agency requires an online document management system to manage bidding tasks for construction and other projects requiring a bidding process. This online system must manage and track users, allow users to order prints and arrange for their delivery, and send out all notifications via email or fax as required by the project. The contractor will be responsible for performing the printing and distribution offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals and has not disclosed a specific budget. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on June 5, 2026. All questions must be submitted no later than June 19, 2026, and final responses can be submitted digitally via email or online.
