RFI for Online Tax Certificate Portal Service

The Town of Georgina is seeking information on online tax certificate portal services to improve the overall customer experience. The agency requires solutions, service delivery models, technologies, and best practices that support the online submission, processing, payment, and delivery of municipal tax certificates. The proposed solution must integrate with existing municipal systems, support secure payment processing, and comply with all applicable privacy and security requirements. The scope of work covers a system where payment for the tax certificate must be made in-person or via cheque before the tax certificate is processed. Performance of the work can be completed either onsite or offsite. Bidders must be Canadian organizations to be eligible for this opportunity.
