In- Building Radio Frequency Coverage Revision Service

The government authority located in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a contractor to provide in-building radio frequency coverage revision services. The agency needs to establish a baseline of in-building radio frequency coverage and implement, optimize, and test subsequent treatments. This project aims to resolve inadequate signal penetration within the agency facilities through a collaborative assessment and remediation process. The scope of work covers developing test plans, acquiring test equipment, performing coverage tests, and installing treatment equipment. The selected contractor must optimize the installed systems, conduct post-treatment execution of an in-building Radio Frequency Coverage Acceptance Test Procedure, and deliver initial test results alongside detailed designs. Additionally, the agency requires the procurement of necessary equipment, a single point of contact, and a twelve-month warranty on all installed systems. To execute this scope, the contractor must provide a Project Management Lead or Lead Installer to coordinate installation and commissioning. The staffing requirements also include a System Designer to develop system designs and technical documentation, as well as a Testing Technician to perform baseline testing, acceptance testing, and system optimization. The performance of this work will occur both onsite in Phoenix and offsite. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to compete for this contract.
