GIS Esri Geometric Network Conversion Service

The Jacksonville Electric Authority in Jacksonville, Florida, is seeking a vendor to convert its legacy ArcGIS geometric network and legacy geographic information system architecture to a modern Utility Network environment. The agency is trying to solve the limitations of its outdated spatial data infrastructure to support improved asset management, network tracing, outage management integration, data governance, mobility, analytics, and future smart utility initiatives. This modernization initiative aims to improve operational efficiency, enhance reliability, and enable advanced analytics and workforce mobility. The scope of work covers the complete migration of the existing geometric network and legacy architecture to the modern Esri Utility Network. The selected vendor must perform all work offsite at the vendor's own office location. The agency requires the contracted organization to be based onshore within the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this conversion service.
